The principles guiding our funding are rooted in the belief that responsibility for Georgia’s future lies, first and foremost, with the Georgian people, whether they reside in Georgia or abroad. That is why the primary source of the Society’s funding will always be Georgian contributors. At the same time, like any country, Georgia also benefits from the support of allies. Thus, the Society welcomes support from foreign organizations and institutions whose values align with our principles.

Our most urgent task now is to free ourselves from a colonial mentality. It binds our hands and feet, drives us to despair, and makes us rely on others while losing faith in what is our own capacity and responsibility.
